"We recently highered IV Landscaping to Rototill our large garden space (which is 55 feet long by 20 feet wide) in an attemp to get a head start on the 2010 gardening season. Ignacio came to the house and did a free estimate and explained what he could do to help us. He was very polite and communication was wonderful. We ended up having to wait for 3 days of little/no rain until we could till, but true to his word, Ignacio called us to get everything set up. We are pleased with the speed and customer service of IV Landscaping, as well as the pricing. "I received over 5 bids for installation of an irrigation system in front and rear yards of my large corner lot. Not only was IV Landscape LLC the lowest bid, they successfully installed the system within just days of signing the contract. They encountered some unanticipated routing challenges that required additional time but did not charge for extra labor. The owner is a contractor so inspection fees and hook-up were included in the bid price. The owner has come back several times to check the system and make sure it is working properly. Maintenance and winterizing the irrigation system are included throughout first year. Strong warranty also included. Versatile and consumer friendly , they also removed two trees and spread barkdust for a very reasonable price. I could not be more pleased with the work product, the service and and the conscientious attitude of the owner of IV Landscape LLC"
